Meditation
Suitable for beginners or those with more experience, this session induces a feeling of calm, using grounding methods, guided relaxation and visualisations, leaving you feeling refreshed and re-energised as well as fully grounded and focused.
Meditation is proven to calm the system down, reduce anxiety and increase concentration. It enables:
Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations.
Building skills to manage your stress.
Increasing self-awareness.
Focusing on the present.
Reducing negative emotions.
Increasing imagination and creativity.
Increasing patience and tolerance.

Active Sound Healing
An active session using Djembes and other percussion instruments.
This fun session can reduce pain, anxiety, depression, and fatigue, increase energy levels, positive moods and manage stress, while building co-operation, harmony and cameraderie.
Similar to a “runner’s high,” drummers’ brains release feel-good endorphins immediately after playing. The physical stimulation of drumming and the sound vibrations that resonate through every cell in the body stimulate the release of negative emotions.
Recent research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, produces feelings of well-being, and helps release emotional trauma. Drumming also induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress.
No previous experience necessary.

Anxiety and Mood Management
This session is designed to offer tips and strategies for rebalancing mood, giving you a tool kit to use as and when you need it.
